After a frustrating and disappointing experience at a local and well-reviewed dealership, I was a little apprehensive about trying again. Even so, we made the 1 hr drive from Savannah to Low Country Motors in Bluffton, SC for a test drive on a potential vehicle. So very thankful we did!! From the moment we arrived, Shane helped us feel welcome and relaxed. I never felt hurried, sale targeted, or that I might be an "inconvenience" if I didn't buy the car. Every step was smooth and clear. Shane made himself available to us for the rest of the day as we navigated all purchasing and trade-in deals. I honestly couldn't be happier and wound up with an AMAZING vehicle at a great price. It felt good to support a fantastic business and we will definitely be back the next time we are car shopping. I bought a car a 2016 Hyundai Elantra red hatchback pretty low mileage. I’m glad they worked with me because my insurance company had taken longer than I expected to cut me a check for my old car.

Bottomline, you KNOW when you deal w/ Mike and Shane, you're going to get looked after fairly as a consumer, and most importantly, you will get the right kind of pre-owned vehicle. They don't sell any junk or substandard cars, and you can do business with them 100% confident that that you are getting a QUALITY vehicle at a fair price. Is there anything else that is the end-game in buying a car? Been doing business with them for 15 years, satisfied everytime, and won't go elsewhere to buy a vehicle.

Shane Cody and the rest of the Lowcountry Motors staff were a pleasure to deal with, especially compared to my other car buying experiences with other dealers. Very fair pricing on their vehicles and transparent in their business dealings, it’s no wonder they’re consistently rated best used car dealership several years running. Shane communicated consistently. I left my truck a couple of days after purchasing it to have a small cosmetic part installed, and when I went to pick it up, Shane was handwashing/detailing it (after the purchase had already been completed several days prior). One can tell Shane and the staff take pride in their customer satisfaction, and I would highly recommend considering Lowcountry Motors for your next used car purchase.

This is a great place to buy a reliable, used car. Recently purchased my 2nd vehicle from here and couldn't be happier! Everyone is professional and there is no pressure. I especially love that they feed and care for stray cats. Good humans! 😊
