We recently purchased a new vehicle from them, and the entire experience was exceptional from start to finish. There was absolutely no pressure, and everyone we worked with was incredibly accommodating, friendly, and helpful. Even when I had some confusion about a few things, they went above and beyond to assist us after hours.One of the things we loved most was that it is a family-owned business. You can truly feel the difference in the way they treat their customers—with genuine care, honesty, and a personal touch that is hard to find these days.I also had my 3-year-old daughter with me throughout much of the process, which can sometimes make car shopping a little more challenging. However, everyone was so kind and patient with her, making us feel completely comfortable and welcome. Getting to pet their dog was an added bonus and definitely made her day!There were also a few things missing from the vehicle, and they are taking care of it by purchasing the missing items for us. That level of customer service is rare and truly appreciated.This was honestly the best car-buying experience we have ever had, and they will be the first place we look when it’s time to purchase another vehicle. I can’t say enough good things about Jacob, George, Shane and Jenny. Thank you all for making what can often be a stressful process so easy and enjoyable.⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Highly recommend

Sold my car to Low Country Motors a few weeks ago. One of THE BEST and smoothest experiences I have ever had with a dealership. All negotiations took place over the text; I literally drove the car over; and was out with a check in 5 minutes. It was that simple and easy. Honestly, will recommend them to anyone and everyone from now on.

If anyone is looking to specifically sell or trade, and or buy, this is the place to go in the entire area of all the Lowcountry. This is a family owned business that will be fair , consistent and helpful across the board. We were able to sell our luxury 2023 BMW to them within less than an hour. We highly recommend heading there with any auto needs and I can promise you they will do an amazing job. Moving forward we will also take any and all car needs to them. I pulled up and fell in love with the car I came to check out. Jacob came out to assist me and within minutes we had a deal. His prices were reasonable and he was more than willing to settle on what I could afford. I loved working with Jacob. Within a few hours everything was settled. I would not hesitate to do business again with Low Country Motors. I met with George on Friday, he gave me a fair evaluation and price for my truck so I dropped it off on Monday. The entire process, both visits took about 30 minutes each visit. George was organized, knowledgeable, friendly, professional and just came across as a really good guy. This is a family friendly, local business in Bluffton, SC with really nice, responsive people who are offering good value and service for their customers. It was such a pleasure doing business with Low Country Motors Inc. I can't thank them enough for restoring our faith in the car buying process, by making it honest & fun again! Everything exceeded our expectations! 😀 From the tentative deal we agreed on the phone, to the moment we drove away, everything was transparent, professional & honorable; with the only surprises being good ones. 😊On our drive home we had ample time to get familiar with the car, by day and by some night driving. With such low miles, one very careful owner, and stellar detailing/prep 💎by Low Country Motors inc., the car drove just like new, with the only "new car thing" missing being "new car depreciation anxiety!" 😅 I would encourage anyone in Florida (tired of uncapped, hidden dealer fees to cover giant armies of salespeople) to take a mini vacation to Bluffton, enjoy the beautiful historic surroundings, and buy a car from the honest hard working small & efficient team at LCM. I recently purchased a barely used vehicle from LCM and I have to say that they made the experience enjoyable. Unlike the big car dealers I visited firsf they didn't pressure me in the least and spent time going over all the details of the car. Highly recommend them and would buy from them again when the time comes.👍👍
